By accessing or using Poweregent products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Billing is processed through Azure Marketplace, Stripe, or PayPal depending on your chosen payment method.

Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Baywest Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
